About Suya Hut

Flavor that brings us together.

Skewers kissed by flame, bold Nigerian flavor, and a welcome that feels like home in Meadows Place.

Fire and spice

Cooked over open flame

Suya Hut brings people together around confident African flavor—from fire-grilled suya to jollof rice, pepper soup, and familiar comfort dishes.

Suya is a grill tradition — thin cuts, heavy spice, open fire, and the patience to turn them until the edges catch. We cook it that way here in Meadows Place, alongside the rice, stews, and pepper soups that belong beside it.

What we hold to

Three things, every day

Bold flavor

Suya spice is peanut-forward, warm, and unapologetic. We season heavily and grill hot, because that is what the dish asks for.

Made fresh

Skewers go on the grill when they are ordered. Rice, stews, and pepper soup are cooked in-house, in batches, through the day.

Gather here

Suya is food for company. Come in with people, order for a table, or call ahead for a pan that feeds a whole gathering.
